Howdy! I'm Goose, a 21-year old neurodivergent furry, nature, and animal artist from the Midwest United States. I am currently in college working towards an associate's degree and I will see where to go from there. I have been drawing ever since I could pick up a crayon and the earliest furry artwork I found was from preschool.
I am a huge ornithology and mammalogy nerd and I claim myself to be a forest dweller. I hike whenever I can and try to add new birds to my life list every day. When I'm not drawing, hiking, or bird watching I often spend my time researching nature and animal-related things. I also love to read animal and nature-related books or read fantasy animal books.For digital art, I use Clip Studio Paint on my ASUS ROG Strix G17. When I'm on the go I also use Clip Studio Paint on my Ipad Air (4th gen).
For traditional art my medium of choice is watercolor and lined with acrylic ink.

TO COMMISSION ME MEANS YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

↟ SECTION I - GENERAL ↟
↟ As the artist, I have every right to refuse a commission without reason↟ As the artist, I reserve the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund due to rude or unprofessional behavior, poor / lack of communication / or unable to communicate due to language barriers, or unforeseen circumstances that affects the ability of the artist to complete the commission.↟ The client must read, understand, and agree to the terms of service. If you continue to go through with commissioning the artist and send payment you are therefore agreeing to the terms that are listed in the Terms of Service section. If you ignore these terms, depending on the severity you will be blacklisted permanently.↟ SECTION II - REQUIREMENTS TO COMMISSION↟↟ You must be 18 years or older, or have your parents permission to commission me↟ DIGITAL and UNSHADED references that are clear and concise must be provided to commission me↟ To commission me you must provide a detailed description of what you would like for the commission such as expression, pose, clothes, objects, or if the commission allows the theme as well (you are allowed to send in images to help with the description)↟ SECTION III - WILL AND WILL NOT DRAW ↟↟ WILL DRAW -

-Characters that appear young when requesting a NSFW commission↟ SECTION IV - PAYMENT AND PRICES↟↟ Payments and prices are ONLY in USD $↟ I only accept payments through Paypal and Cashapp at the time↟ Full payment or the percentage of the payment plan must be received within 48 hours for me to add you to my queue. If I do not receive a payment within this time you will lose your slot and will have to wait until my next commission opening. If this is a recurring event with the same client this will eventually result in a permanent blacklist after 3 times.↟ Commissions will start once I have received the full payment from the client↟ Prices that are displayed can change on the complexity of the character, the difficulty of the art piece requested, and if you request a rush order↟ Depending on the complexity of the commission the client can request a quote. This does not guarantee the price of the quote will be the same if the client decides to go through with the commission at a future time.↟ Depending on the time frame, complexity, and size of the commission that a client requests on a rush order can result in up to a 50% fee↟ Payment plans can be discussed depending on if the commission the client requests is over 100$. This payment plan must be paid in two or three intervals. Dates will be discussed and must be agreed on before I accept the commission. I can be flexible on these dates to an extent and the maximum amount of time between these payments can be one month. The client will not receive the fully completed art piece until I have received the full payment upon completion. I will not start the commission until at least 40% of the commission has been paid. The commission will also be paused until the next payment is received. Commissions paid in full will be prioritized over payment plan commissions.↟ Final prices on commissions are non-negotiable↟ SECTION V - PROCESS/DEADLINE/COMMUNICATION ↟↟ When commissioning me you must use the form I provide you and if you notice that there are any issues it is up to the client to let me know as soon as possible↟ Communication between me and the client can take place through Discord DM's, Twitter, Instagram, ToyHouse, or Furaffinity.↟ I value my clients and want to ensure they feel heard so feel free to reach out for reassurance during the commission process. Please do not hesitate to communicate any concerns, ideas, or changes that need to be made.↟ I may not get back to you on weekends, holidays, or if there is an emergency. I will usually get back to you within 48 hours and if not as the client please do not hesitate to reach out to me again.↟ My Trello will be updated every 24 to 48 hours. I will label clients' commissions with the phase that they are in such as; not started, sketches, lined, etc.↟ I will send you updates on the commission during each phase of it. These phases include sketching, refined sketch, lining, coloring, shading+highlighting, and final revision from the client.↟ During the sketch phase of the commission, the client can have as many revisions as needed. During the lineart phase, I will accept up to 3 revisions before adding an extra fee after each revision after that. In major artworks, I will accept up to 3 revisions before adding an extra fee for each revision after that.↟ Major revisions will result in extra fees and an extension on the turnaround time of the commission.↟ Deadlines depend on the complexity of the commission but can take up to 1 week to a max of 3 months for the turnaround time.↟ If an unexpected event happens in my life and affects my ability to finish the commission within the predicted time I give my client, I will immediately inform the client about the change in the completion date. Depending on how long the situation affects me I will refund the full commission and send out what I have completed to the client.↟ Final commissions can be emailed, or sent through social media, or Discord. I will ensure that the client receives the full high-quality image upon completion.↟ SECTION VI - REFUNDS↟↟ If the client requests a refund before any work has begun the client will receive a 100% refund.↟ If a client requests a refund during the sketch phase the client will receive a 70% refund.↟ If a client requests a refund during the lining phase the client will receive a 50% refund.↟ If a client requests a refund during the coloring phase the client will receive a 30% refund.↟ If the artist cancels the commission, 100% of the payment will be refunded to the client within 7 days.↟ If the client requests a refund without any reason I will permanently blacklist the client and the client will no longer be able to commission me in the future.↟ If the client requests a refund after the commission is complete they will not receive the refund.↟ If an unexpected event happens in my life and affects my ability to finish the commission within the predicted time I give my client, I will immediately inform the client about the change in the completion date. Depending on how long the situation affects me I will refund the full commission and send out what I have completed to the client.↟ SECTION VII - RIGHTS↟↟ I retain all rights to the art piece itself↟ I do not have the right to claim the character as my own↟ The client does not have the right to edit or change my artwork (slight color change is okay).↟ Removing my watermark from the art piece is a violation of these terms and will result in permanent blacklist↟ The client has the full right to post the commissioned piece on other websites as long as you credit me as the artist. If you are using it as an icon or banner if you can please credit me.↟ The client does not have the right to resell the commissioned artwork from me↟ The client does not have the right to use my artwork for profit, redistribute, or reproduced. This includes prints, stickers, pins, other physical items.↟ I retain the right to use the art piece in promotions of my art, portfolio, or post it to websites or social media that I use.
